Geographic Restrictions
ANYONE is not available in certain locations due to applicable sanctions, regulatory risk and internal compliance policies.
Availability may change over time. ANYONE may add, remove or modify geographic restrictions when required by law, compliance requirements or risk assessment.
WARNING
Do not attempt to access ANYONE from a restricted location or use tools intended to disguise your location. ANYONE does not support or provide instructions for bypassing geographic restrictions.
How location restrictions work
ANYONE may use IP-based geoblocking and other network or account signals to identify restricted access.
These controls may affect the ability to:
- Take positions in markets
- Create or claim markets
- Propose or challenge resolutions
- Access Creator, Referrer or Partner functionality
- Use other restricted product features
Location detection is not perfect. For example, a VPN, proxy or unusual network configuration may affect the detected location.

ANYONE may also restrict access associated with sanctioned persons, entities, wallet addresses or compliance programs, even when a country is not listed above.
Locations under review
Some countries may remain under review due to regulatory developments, enforcement activity or other compliance signals.
For a location under review, ANYONE may activate additional restrictions or suspend access if the risk changes.
Possible actions include:
- Restricting new positions
- Restricting market creation or distribution features
- Limiting access to specific market categories
- Applying a full country-level restriction
Existing positions or funds
If your access is restricted after you already hold a position or available USDC, the treatment of those funds or positions will depend on the applicable product flow, compliance requirements and market status.
Message the team on Telegram if you believe a geographic restriction affects existing funds, an open position, a redemption or a refund.

ANYONE applies geographic controls to manage:
- International sanctions and embargo requirements
- Local regulatory restrictions
- Operational and compliance risk
- Safety, security and privacy obligations
Restricted by mistake?
If you believe you have been restricted incorrectly, message the team on Telegram and include:
- Your country and city
- A screenshot of the restriction message
- Whether you are using a VPN or proxy
- The wallet address involved, if relevant
